Thank you for your interest in our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt classes. Our Lean Six Sigma classes are progressive and need to be taken in order: Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt. The below interest form will be used to determine what class you qualify for. We may contact you if we have any additional questions. Thank you in advance!
If you are interested in registering for the Yellow Belt, this form is not needed. Please feel free to register for that class directly via the course link on the Lean Six Sigma website (www.corporatecollege.com/lss).
