The 45th Annual Tri-C JazzFest Cleveland is seeking 14 local and regional bands (jazz, blues, R&B, funk, jam, reggae) to perform on the SeibertKeck Insurance Outdoor Stage at Playhouse Square from 3 p.m. to midnight on June 21 and 22. A qualified jury will review applications, vet and select bands. Selected bands will be notified via email by May 6, followed by the lineup and schedule announcement. Schedule is subject to change.

Tri-C JazzFest pays union scale. (Bandleaders will be paid by check and will compensate each band member.) Sets run 40-45 minutes with short change overs. No sound checks – line checks only. We provide one parking pass per band, water, drums, keyboard (no piano), B-3 and complete sound system.

Likeness and Media Waiver

By participating in Tri-C JazzFest, you and your bandmates grant Tri-C permission and possession of your image via photography, video and/or audio captured during your time at the festival for archival, promotional and any other use the College deems.

Liability Waiver

By accepting to participate in the Tri-C JazzFest, you hereby assume all responsibility and risk of personal injury, property loss or damages, and wrongful death while acting in a volunteer capacity and hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Tri-C and its employees, officers, directors, consultants and agents from any and all claims arising from such activity.
